At London Belle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
 

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

• Be in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Bodysuits

• Swimwear without hygiene seals

• Underwear

• Earrings and pierced jewellery

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Any item marked as non-returnable
   

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
 

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team and include:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request has been approved, return instructions will be provided.
 

RETURN SHIPPING
 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item received is faulty.

• The item received is damaged.

• The wrong item was delivered.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as London Belle cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
 

REFUNDS
 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
 

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item to assist with the assessment.

Where applicable, a replacement, exchange or full refund will be provided.
 

EXCHANGES
 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.
